Be Remembered, Stand Out,
Make An Impression

Property Signage:
Prominent signage will ensure that the availability of the property is clearly evident to neighbors and passersby, and help highlight the property to brokers surveying the area.

Electronic Mediums:

All the available forms of electronic marketing are used.

Target Marketing:

Various industries change at different times in the economic cycles; therefore, the best proven technique is target mailing to tenants in local markets within a particular industry.

Horizontal Marketing:

We identify certain segments of the market which would most likely benefit from the features of the property. We then conduct a continuous program of telephone- canvassing users in that particular type of business.

Broker Network:

  • Broker Blast: Marketing fliers including fact sheets on newly listed properties or modifications, which reflect changes in offering terms for previously, listed properties.
  • Broker Open House: This could occur approximately four weeks following execution of the listing agreement. We would suggest a format similar to others we have successfully hosted including a luncheon with good food and interesting door prizes.
  • Broker Tours: We schedule meetings with small groups of brokers to include owner sponsored breakfast or lunch and a tour of the building. Brokers will sit down and talk with us about your project, which gives up an ongoing barometer of how the brokerage community perceives the building.
  • Responsiveness: Our team concept allows us to be immediately responsive to a cooperating broker’s request, whether it is for a last minute showing, a weekend tour, or dealing with a client if the client’s broker is unavailable.

Neighborhood Canvassing:

By far the most difficult and productive.
